A lifelong resident of Burlington, Fredene started selling real estate in 1982, though she’s been around the real estate business her entire life. In a natural career progression, Fredene added Brokers License to her credentials in 1992 and soon after started her own company, Whitehouse & Whitehouse Realty Inc. with her husband, Art, based on the grassroots values of honesty and integrity.

Fredene has a proven sales history in the resale property market in addition to representing builders at more than a dozen new home sites. She brings with her a wealth of experience, but more importantly, it is the meticulous care she offers clients that positions her at the head of the pack.
